claim

I submitted claim for my wheel rims and the claim was processed as per sms then suddenly they told me to pay the people who will fix my wheel rims then submit to them the invoice then they will refund me my money. Reason being they don't have registered companies in Ermelo, Mpumalanga<br> <br> The reason I have the policy with them is for them to help pay when I don't have emergency cash to pay for repairs in my car. <br> <br> well now they told me they only have their registered companies in JHB, Durban, Cape Town and PE that has nothing to do with me I have submitted the claim and I need my rims to be fixed now they telling me to pay the submit invoice to them they will refund me. I DON'T HAVE CASH MONEY THAT IS THE REASON I TOO THE POLICY WITH THEM AND I PAY THE MONTHLY AND IT A 2 YEAR POLICY.<br> <br> MY QUESTION IS SHOULD I JUST PAY THEM FOR 2 YEARS THE WHEN I CLAIN THE WILL KEEP ON TELLING ME TO PAY THEY WILL REFUND WHICH MOST OF THE TIME IS ALSO AN ISSUE WHEN YOU BEQUEST FOR YOUR REFUND. WHY SHOULD I HAVE POLICY IF WHEN I NEED HELP I WILL HAVE TO DIG MY POCKET AGAIN.<br> <br> I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
