Cancellation of Policy

On the 17/03/2015 I called Regent Insurance looking for a quote for Extended Warranty, later in the day I wanted to cancel the policy, I called the number which I was never even made aware that it was for a Different company which happened to be SA Warranties. I called and indicated that I want to cancel the policy, this lady said she is going to check if it is on the system, I held on for about 8 minutes then the call was cut off.<br> This companies are able to see who is calling, but the person who made me to hold, never bothered to call me back. Instead when I called again the same person told me she is going to put me through to a consultant, which was different from when she picked up the first time.<br> <br>
