Cancelation of my policy without consent

I received an e mail stating my policy is canceled without consultation ....upon asking why it was replued that it reached its end of term.....yet i was phoned numerous time during the month preceeding this email asking if i would extend the warranty. My reply was yes untill i received this mail.... Disgusted that sending emails requesting clarity is being ignored. They have years of payments happily banked so stuff you Mr Davis
