M-Sure......

Disappointed!!!!!!! I have a extended warranty with M-Sure for my car. I had a breakdown on the N4 near Middelburg.

Me my husband and 3 kids are now stuck in Middelburg no where to go!!!

No one can assist with a rental vehicle from M-Sure side only answer i get is sorry claims department is only back on Wednesday.

I am so sorry M-Sure i should have told my car to only break on Wednesday because you only work then and it will only be convenient for M-Sure if your car breaks within Mon to Friday working hours.

How ridiculous now your roadside tells me i must go rent a car or overnight accomodation and pay out of pocket . Why the hell do i have a policy if i could have paid out of pocket!!!!!!

I do not even own a credit card to pay a R8000 deposit for a car rental non the less the per day rental o yes and i am only allowed a 24 hour car rental to reclaim!!! But all car work shops will only be open on Wednesday what must i do!!

I will not leave this here i will take this as far and wide as i can!!!

I will take this to the Onbudsman!!!

I will hold you liable for the costs. We now have no way of getting back home in Pretoria!

Your company is a DISGRACE !!!!!!
