Broken Claims systems and terrible service

Stay away from M-Sure

M-sure's service is garbage. I've been trying to submit claims since last year November. Now after finally getting contacted I'm told I've forfeited those claim periods because I haven't submitted any claims. On top of that, I've been in communication with Sipho Tivane about getting those claim periods because they were lost due to M-sure's broken systems. I've tried contacting *** and now I'm being ignored by both. It's been a week since being ignored by Sipho Tivane and 4 days by ***.

I've lost R9000 in repairs claim value under my Renewtech policy and all their employees have to say is that it's my fault for not claiming. When I tried to explain that I couldn't because their claims system and contact methods have not been working, I got ignored. It hasn't worked to the point where Sipho Tivane told me that nothing was even recorded on their systems. I'm afraid that I'm going to lose another R3000 in repair value with the terrible service I'm receiving.

Their online claims portal and even emails are a joke and haven't worked for, I'm assuming, over a year. I only got hold of them by complaining on Facebook.
