Being **********

I have requested copies of my policy and not once did i receive it. On 06 January 2021 i was then told my policy was never activated and that it was pending. I have asked it to be cancelled and given a full refund. I was told a week later that my policy was activated in October 2019. Another week later i was told that the policy was activated on 12 January 2021. I have since been given a partial refund and still told my policy has been active since October 2019. This cannot be as msure does not have signed copies of the documentation and this is *****.
