bad service with M-Sure
A very bad service received from the M-Sure consultant by name of Sifiso, kept me on the like for 15 min waiting until my phone cut off, and there was not curtesy to call me back regarding my claim. is that how they do their business when the client is on the line and the busy having side conversation with colleagues while you still on the phone with them.
