Bad service ... No speedy service.. No friendly staff

Poor claims customer services... Called in several times for ref 526922 and they keep telling me about 24 to 48 hours so they are relaxed and want to approve my claim in 1 to 2 days.... Not good claims customer service spoke to Rendani. Would not recommend anyone to take out a policy with them as they service is not great and dont want to prioritize claims. No Speedy services at all
