Bad Service from M-Sure. Stay away.

I am highly disappointed and upset in the manner in which my claim was handled. According to your website you will give an outcome of a claim within 24 hours after lodging a claim. Mine took 5 WEEKS and the best of all with a negative outcome. In this 5 weeks you put me in a difficult position as I am defendant on my motor vehicle (as explained many times to you) to do my work as I am a medical representative. I need to borrow/hire a car which resulted in money spend I did not have. Furthermore, I was never keep updated on the progress of my claim I was the one who phoned and send emails. Since when does a CUSTOMER phone and ask what is the progress on the vehicle. It is the Company's responsibility to keep the customer updated.
