Bad Service!! Complete ******* from Warranty Cancellation Department

Despicable service from the cancellations department for warranties. I first sent a request to cancel on 02.11.2019 and they didn't respond until the 18.11.2019. Only then do they tell me numerous things that they require - which i personally follow up and make sure I get the necessary documentation. Even after ALL the documentation is sent, they still stall to process my cancellation request!!! Bad Service!! Complete *******
