Bad service and **** .

M sure knew my car had a downpipe ,they actually paid for the installations. Later on they even received a picture of the downpipe on the car yet they continued to cover me and debit my account monthly. When it came to paying for my claims especially when it's a big amount they stall and look for excuses to reject the payment. Why did you not revoke my policy as soon as you knew about the down pipe ? and why would you continue to take my premiums ?. I could have saved that money for rainy days and fixed the car on my own.

I am going to report you to the OMBUDSMAN. In conclusion, whoever is seeing this and is in a position to assist please get hold of me. I can share all the emails and supporting documents . We need to stop this from happening to other innocent clients.
