Bad service and dishonest

M-Sure they will sell you roses but when times to claim u will get thorns. They have poor customer service and they sent incomplete information the time I took an extended warranty and now when I'm claiming they refer me to pages i don't have. They only paying 5% of my claim and why should I have extended warranty if I'm going to pay 95% of the claim. I will never recomend them to anyone.
