Bad Service

Bunch of ***** good at taking people's money but when you should you should claim you'll be bomberded by lots of red tapes to try and discourage you as I tried to claim for the clutch replacement earlier this year and I was told to take my car to any kia within seven days but when I got to kia I was told that they would have to strip the clutch first and after stripping the clutch if Msure doesn't pay I will have to pay R6000. 00 myself just for stripping the clutch so I decided not go through with it because I didn't have that money especially because when I called Msure about the clutch I was told many discouraging stories even to the extent where I was told that they first have to investigate my driving skills how pathetic is that more excuses just not to pay because when they sold me this pathetic warranty they were not concerned about my driving skills and now I recently replaced my car bar baterry from my own pocket as i could wait for a claim process and I needed to drive to transport my son, now I called Msureto try and claim my battery money back and yet again I was sent an email by some Rantho guy who require report and all kind of nonsense that actually made me realised that I will never get any claim approved from this pathetic excuse of a company and now decided that I'm gonna cancel my policy once and for all.
