Bad service

I have registered claim with msure July The 18th 2024 till today I am still struggling to get help. I have requested for any alternative option and still no help.every single day I have to call in for any update but still. When I was joining this warranty insurance it didn't take me two hours to be a member but to claim now it takes two months, why must we struggle to get service while the monthly premium is not stress when they debit the money. It's so exhausting to demand the service that we are paying to get help from.i have now the whole month without a car and have to use public transportation four time a day to drop my child at the crech then back to work and late after six again on a public transportation from work to crech then back home with a toddler.can we pls get help
