bad service

this year in April I don't remember the date, I had a situation with Sa warranties I had service plan with them and I did my service with them, and there was suppose to change the brake pads also they didn't change them... now I have another problem my disc are damage because the brake pads where finished and if they did what I told them in April my disc will be fine now... by not changing the brake pads in April now they are telling me is negligence because the brake pads damage the disc... and I told them to change the brake and they didn't ....<br> <br> please help me to get the service that I am paying for cause I am not getting it at the moment
