Bad service

I don't know if Nthabiseng Mpila is just ignoring my emails thinking that maybe I'll let it go. I've sent her emails with questions regarding my warranty she never bothered to reply, I've cc'd the following people as well. ***, ( thank you for previously assisting)***, (great service from Tebogo i must say) ***, but Nthabiseng, has left a bad taste in my mouth.
