BAD SERVICE

Once your car is out of warranty, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let the dealership fool you into taking extended warranty cover with M-sure. You will regret. If there was a a rating below 1, M-sure would totally deserve it. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. M-sure Claims technicians are so pathetic and arrogant. They provide you with a list of their preferred approved service providers. Once you submit a claim they go against the advise of their preferred service providers just to repudiate your claim.
