BAD SERVICE!!!!

<p>I have been experiencing nothing but bad service from SA WARRANTIES, I advised them last week Wednesday 31/05/17 that Imy vehicle is at the KIA DEALERSHIP for repaires of my clutch. I have a policy with them I got confirmation via SMS of my claim, to date I am still waiting for feedback. They asked me for the quote,service history and kilometer reading of my car which I have provided and the dealership also emailed them all that information. All I want to know is if they are going to approve the claim as I do have cover and if NOT why not????? They are quick to take my money and now they not delivering this is really getting annoying me. I went through my policy schedule and as far as my understanding I do have cover and just don't know what seems to be the delay.</p>
