Bad Service

Cannot get through to the call centre, tried all 3 options and still no human behind the phones. Finally call regent and i get transfered to a sales person, after me telling the agent i would like to cancel my policy and reuire a full refund! My finance company paid for the stupid service, only to be told that i cannot get a refund. i have not used the warranty for any claims, only have the car for a short period, yet you taken my money upfront and i cannot get a refund. I want this sorted out and i will be refering this matter to the ombudsman!
