Bad review to positive - can recommend
So to be honest, my initial interaction was extremely unpleasant. The reason i have given a 5 star rating is due to Thando Ngema - this man is an absolute gem and an asset to Msure. He took the time to explain everything to me and share with me the information i needed. after long enough time spent i was well informed and assited completely on my claim which was covered by MSURE.
