Bad expeience with M-Sure

Our car broke down in Bela-bela in Feb 2022. After M-sure decided that the car should be repaired in Modimolle (that is even further from our home in Centurion), we had to drive through to Modimolle to collect the car. After driving about 20 km with the car (on our way back to Centurion), it broke down on the N1 highway with exactly the same problem as before. As this was on a Sunday we've decided to rent a trailer and bring the car back to Pretoria to have it repaired. The car was repaired without any hiccups, but we are still struggling to get the money that we've spent back from M-sure.
