Bad customer service
I have been waiting for an assessor and approval from Msure. Every time I call the claims department I'm told that the assessor will go today or the following day. I'm not sure if they will approve my claim I just wish they send the assessor and if they don't approve I can go and fetch my car from the workshop. Their service is appalling to say the least.
