Bad Customer Service

I have experienced bad customer service from many companies and now M-Sure Financial Services has been added to that list. There is no feedback from the staff responsible for handling your query, even though you are told at the end of the conversation that you will be contacted with feedback. I will definitely be looking for a another service provider asap
