Bad bad service from M-SURE

I am writing to share my present condition and experience with M-Sure warranty, I am really disappointed with m-sure the as i was advised that this is a efficient company who would assist aptly, I had a break down with my vehicle and got it towed in to the Agents, My vehicle is still with the Agents in Durban for the past 1 month and is a inconvenience to me and the only thing that is stalling me from getting my vehicle sorted out is the poor response and feedback from this warranty in order for the to proceed with the repairs....come on guys when we taking the warranty we are treated good and fast response to get us to buy in, why then i ask if i ma paying for something which i am promised in an event like this to be helped takes long and puts me in a tight spot.My warranty policy number for M-SURE is: CNV7S100898
