Bad attitude from Consultant

A rude consultant by the name of Rendani refused to assist with details as we have lost the ref number, I gave him an ID Number so he can check and he got irate stating that he will log a new claim which is unexpectable. My husband requested i email the details and we needed the ref number and didn't have the lost numbers. Rendani needs to be taken to classes for customer centricity or the company will lose clients and i wont even add my car due to this... Please Assist with this claim ID Number *** R S Mokoena.
