Authorization Issue

Hello M-Sure, thank you for the Bumper to Bumper Warranty.

I'm not happy that the amount you have authorized to get the car fixed it is just not enough to cover the Engine, Clutch operation and entire labour costs. The amount authorised only covers Engine, and the clutch operations but the entire labour related costs are not included.

I called M-sure before the Engine could be stripped to enquire if M-sure could buy the parts and then allow me to fix the car but I was told by John that the vehicle should be taken to the RMI approved dealerships and not otherwise if we going to use M-sure to get the car fixed. Now the car taken to the approved RMI dealership, but amount authorized cannot cover Engineering labour charges and the labour costs to get the car fixed. That means its a plan to get your clients drown in debts while rating you highly.

I called M-sure after the claim has been authorized to check what has been covered in that R25000, I spoke to John, he said the amount covers the Engine, Clutch and the labour costs but truly speaking that amount does not include the Engineering and the labour charges. I have to pay R25000 from the pocket to cover Engineering and the labour costs. You have **** to me to go ahead and strip the engine and now I am trying to keep my head above water to get R25000 to fix the car.

Again there is Car Hire option but for me to use that option I have to produce an invoice to you that I paid before you can insure, you are not helping us to get the courtesy car like other Parts Insurance companies. Frankly speaking, you're not helping your clients in times of need but we are to help M-sure to get clients. The service rendered to me sucks. First of all, I have to pay R25000 & you pay R25000. Secondly for the Car Hire, I have to pay R15000 to get a car hire and still produce an invoice to you while you only insure with R1500. What do you do exactly?
