Approval of Quote

PATHETIC SERVICE! We waited 3 whole weeks for these people to just approve a quote. Worst external motor insurance company, no wonder you guys have a 1.6 star rating! I have been without a car for more than a month now, because our mechanic has been waiting on you guys to send out an assessor, for 3 whole weeks! Stop taking tea breaks and do your work like the rest of us. We pay for convenience to add a motor plan when purchasing a car, but what an inconvenience you have been to my life. Work on a better turn around time, people depend on their cars!
