Apparently my policy is unmet, but my debit order was successful

My debit order to MFC was successfully deducted on the 25th. Today I receive an email that my policy is unmet and that MFC didn't pay it to you. I paid for the policy but somehow you don't have the funds paid to you by MFC. MFC said they received my debit order. So where is my money? What is the issue? MFC referred me to you. You referred me to MFC. Nobody can help me. I'm extremely angry now. This is utterly ridiculous that I need to spend my time on this. You need to sort yourselves out.
