Appalling service

i got an appalling service from a guy called Irvin who couldn't give a simple answer about my claim told me was not on the system and hung up the phone on me i guess that is how TCF is conducted on your side treating customers fairly now to my surprise a few minutes after i hung up i got confirmation of receipt of my claim with ref MS 517267 and i am thinking nothing was on the system. I am very happy to cancel my policy as soon the termination date comes as i will gladly go look for another company that can work for me instead of this pathetic service.
