I have my vehicle almost four years now never claimed for scratches and dent. First time I try to claim they rejected my claim. The reason the scratch is longer 15cm. Quote is R2990.00. It is a small scratch caused by a wire no even deep. This scratches and dents is another ****. And they call me if I want renew this policy.
