***** ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICES!!!!!

I contacted MSURE as the vehicle, which is covered under the warranty, was sold. It was an administrative nightmare to get my pro rata refund and they requested all sorts of documents of which i have sent. I called today for an update and was informed that MSURE only cancelled the 1 policy, yet I also have a step-up warranty as well. The person that is delaying with the refund is apparently always unavailable and cannot take calls.... I am so frustrated.
