Absolutely Shocking

Absolutely appalled by M-Sure. Impossible to get hold of by phone and they refuse to respond to my emails relating to my claim. Genuinely feel like I have been ****med by this company.

How can you treat customers like this? Are you actually just con artists or are you going to address my claim? I will be taking this to the short-term Ombud if not resolved shortly.
