A rude consultant called Patience!!!!

I am so frustrated and angry by the incompetence from m-sure. I have an extended warranty cover with them and short fall. I want to cancel my short fall cover and I don’t get any assistance. I have been going through the consultant of Patience who is so RUDE and asked what must she do when their lines cut. She didn’t even offer me a call back or anything. She then transferred me to Cindy in the same customer care team who then assisted me. I really want to complain about the horrible service and attitude I received from her!!
