I bought my Renault Kiger last year, Brand new. One of the Policies I have with M-sure is a RenewTech Scratches and dents policy. I recently made a claim for a scratch on my bonnet, that was made by a child. Senzile kubheka keeps on rejecting my claim and he says it's not a scratch but a paint faiding. How can a 2022 model already be faiding paint on it?? Bro just doesn't want to pay the claim. The treatment of M sure is the worst treatment of all time. I've had enough.
