3 Months waiting for approval and payment of car claim. I Still don’t have a car!!!

M-Sure Financial Services has got to be THEE worst insurance provider. It has taken them 3 months to approve my extended warranty claim for absolutely no reason at all. Only after escalating the matter was my claim approved. I now wait for them to pay the dealership just so I can get my car back…. And I’ve been waiting since last week! To say I’m ****ed is an understatement 🤬😡😡 Discovery Insure, as your customer for almost 10yrs, your service was equally as bad and I found no joy dealing with your agents. Worst experience! I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere since you don’t want to take me seriously as a customer!
