2 Months, No Car, No Answers - AVOID M-Sure

My aircon needed replacing in November 2025. M-Sure sent me to their approved repairer Cool Power Durban. Cool Power installed a cheap aftermarket compressor, drilled my car's bracket to force-fit the wrong part, and the belt disintegrated. This was confirmed by McCarthy Renault's diagnostic report. Since then Cool Power has tried to fix my car THREE times and failed every time. The third time they said "it's the timing belt, nothing to do with us." McCarthy confirmed the timing is fine. Cool Power ****. Now McCarthy is checking for bearing/engine damage. I emailed M-Sure on 6 January asking if McCarthy could do the repairs instead and what quality guarantees were in place. They ignored my questions and sent my car BACK to Cool Power. I have been without my car for ONE MONTH. I have no transport. I am getting in trouble at work. I've paid out over R11,000 of my own money. Every email I get from M-Sure says "we are liaising and will revert." Nothing ever happens. I sent an urgent email yesterday begging for a loan car. No response. I just want my car fixed and my life back. M-Sure has failed me completely.
