1st Claim and Part Not Covered

My dealership has submitted a claim for a BSI for my citroen C4 cactus which they've approved for other M-Sure Warrranty covers as per the dealership and there should be no reason why this claim is not approved.

I also called in before and the service consultant advised that this component is covered before the dealership submitted the claim.

And while i can understand that this may be a valid uncovered part item , I called Tebogo who isnt not very helpful and rather frustrated I left a messsage for a manager to assist, that's when Sello Pethla called stating that he does not know the different product options and that the BSI is approved on other M-Sure Warranty covers and not mine. Naturally, I became curious and asked for;

" Dear Sello Pethla, My request for you to call me back is simple; • List the different policy types for me. For example CMH etc. • These policy types will have the different cover options outlined in the policy so please have this detailed"

This is my 3rd vehicle with M-sure previously SA-Warranties and the most eperience really.
