*****ulent charge by M-kopa

I took a second contract with M-kopa after settling the first one. A day later, their staff member called me to confirm the contract and details about security for the lost phone. By then the contract was already concluded and i was in possession of the A05 phone as ordered. A day later I received a message to pay R820.00 without any explanation. Furthermore, the contract I took on 28/04/2025 was inflated by over R5k. I went back to the Consultant who was assisting me and she took me to their local office. The matter was not resolved as they told me I should ignore the incorrect figure and pay according to the contract amount. It doesn't make sense because the amount shouldn't reflect as a debit on my account. I'm stuck of how am I going to resolve the issue. Can someone please help?
