I WANT MY CONTRACT AGREEMENT SENT TO ME ASAP

I should actually be giving zero rating, I paid off my phone over 6 months. On the last month of payment my phone started slow charging and not fast charging. Spoke to an agent, said since I have paid it off there is nothing that can be done. So I was like **** this stupid company.

Contacted Samsung to get repaired, Samsung now wants the proof of purchase which obviously y'all don't have, the contract agreement is on your stupid app and NOT downloadable, I speak to your agent who is useless as much as the company is, he tells me that is not possible. I DEMAND THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT IMEEDIATELY.

OTHERWISE REFUND MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR STUPID PHONE.
