Poor service and connection drops

Their service was really good but lately it has severely been ruined. There are days where I am without a internet connection for some hours and when it does work it’s so slow that a Speedtest actually fails because it times out. This is clearly not the service I pay for and I expect a lot better. This is not the first time I have complained about this.
