Terrible service

Terrible service and my worst experience dealing with any ISP in south Africa by far. I'm paying for a 10mbps line, however there is constantly slow speeds so I cannot work from home as emails take hours to be sent and received. Also there is constant breaks in internet access for hours and sometimes days. There is only a whataspp support group to report these problems. Feedback is very slow and people responding on the group are rude and don't try to provide solutions to the problem but try to argue their point of view. There is no other customer service points of contact or anyone else to speak to. I would not advise anyone to sign up with this company as they don't care about their customers.
