Excellent customer service

Thank you a lot to @Vuyo from Luxpowertek for going the extra miles to assist me. I had a problem with my Sna5000 inverter and dyness battery DL5.OC that was not charging fully for the past few days, I contacted @Vuyo and he assisted me with patience, professionalism and went beyond my expectations by changing some settings that was wrong with my system and promised to explain to me more about the settings and updates, thank you a lot @Vuyo
