Out here in the Western Cape we've just weathered the biggest and nastiest storm of the season, and the damage has been widespread — power surges, outages, and a fair bit of chaos to deal with. Through all of it, the support I've received from LuxpowerTek SA has been outstanding. In a country where genuine customer service is increasingly rare, this team stands out. They are intuitive, polite, learned, and possess a level of people skills you very seldom encounter in SA these days. I have to single out Ayoun in support — he is worth his weight in gold. Not only did he handle my query with patience and expertise, he put me onto an agent/installer who responded immediately, and an appointment was made within 5 minutes of first contact. That kind of turnaround is unheard of. If you're considering LuxpowerTek, do it. The product is one thing — but the people behind it are what make the real difference. Thank you, LuxpowerTek SA, and a special thank you to Ayoun.

Hi i just want to share my wonderfull experience and help from a guy at Luxpower tec his name is Ayoub that man helped me a great deal in settings on my Luxpower inverter the first one i did and he was patiently that man deserved a raise and a Bells whiskey i hope the company appreciates his service he is definitely a asset to you

Lux inverter only lasts until guarantee period
5kw inverter only lasts until guarantee guaranteed period, after broke sent in for repair paid them premium, and still not working, be careful people which inverter you choose
