Anti Luxpower

I had a solar sytemtem installed on the 19/04/2024 and on the 26/4/2024 when I came home there was no power and the inverter showed a 00 error. The installer took it in for repairs on the 2/05/2024. It's the 7/06/2024 and I still have not had any feedback or timeline of repairs. I strongly recommend to pay the extra and rather get another brand. I feel completely helpless as there is no way for me to get a response from any of there representatives. The installer also can't provide any feedback. I had a system in place for a week!
