Waste of time - don't sell with them.

out of 3 items dropped ( approved and given a price) all were declined by the sandton store buyer. reasons given ? they did not see the issues on the pictures . Its not so much they classified as bad condition - it is because i specially brought my items from Dubai to this store in sandton to sell them - while i could sell them over there .... what a waste of time and energy !

call it 6th sense, but i also had chanel items approved and did not drop as i wanted to "test" them .... i was so right.

i worked in sales - so my advises for those " owners"

1. if your staff cant see properly what pictures show , they should ask the sellers - 1o1 good customer service 2. train them in brand recognition - they clearly havent a clue when dealing with high end brands.

And finally, because of this bad experience , you have jeopardised your brand with a new potential customer - because if i am interested in selling with you, i am also interested in buying ... 1o1 sales psychology.
