No terms and conditions or anything to decline a purchase

Should be zero. So I had a ring that they made an offer for, they just wanted to see the ring, there is no T&C's stating if it doesn't meet a certain criteria they will return the item, so actually I have a cash offer and have dropped the ring off there cannot be any reason for them to say nope sorry we return the ring, legally you have no grounds to decline my ring I have neither agreed with your term and conditions which there are non and you never mentioned in any mail that it has to meet a certain criteria to which the seller must adhere to. So my offer you gave me is valid and you cannot now walk away we have an agreement via WhatsApp. So I can take this legal now by your non compliance in standards of buying goods

Good day Adrian,

Thank you for your feedback and for submitting your item to Luxity.

We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our consignment and purchasing process:

As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions — shared publicly through our website with all clients prior to the transaction — Luxity retains full discretion in deciding which items are accepted for purchase or consignment. Our process is guided by strict authentication and quality control standards to ensure the condition, authenticity, and marketability of every item we list.

While we may provide a preliminary offer based on information or images received, this offer is always subject to physical inspection of the item. Upon receiving your ring, our team found that it did not meet the condition standards required by Luxity, and as such, it was not approved for purchase. This is in line with our standard authentication and evaluation protocols.

Please note that a preliminary offer is not a binding agreement until the item has passed all necessary checks and been formally accepted by Luxity. We do not proceed with payment or listing until that process is complete.

We understand your frustration, but we can assure you that our process has been followed fairly and transparently.

Should you require any further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Warm Regards,
Luxity Team

Wow trying to save face with your standardized response, your Terms and conditions are are listed but for you and selling to customers! Fact I checked.
Not once via email or WhatsApp was i sent your terms and conditions so sadly your response just like your terms and conditions are invalid
