Lies about timelines

I submitted items on the 3rd of December at 10:00 am in the Pretoria Store. After phoning them and hounding them they gave me an initial offer on the 6th at 13:00 am. So on the second working day after accepting the initial offer (10th at 10:00 am) I phone them to check on the progress of the authentication, only to find out that my items are still at the Pretoria store! So I said forget the whole process and tell them not to ship it I am on my way right now to fetch the items. No in that case they are actually en route to Joburg.

Do not believe the timelines advertised on their website and do not believe the stories they will tell you over the phone to stall for time.
