LUNA...you are taking food out of my families mouth!!!!

I never signed a contract with Luna Mobile, but they deduct money from my account. This month they deducted three times from my account. I also have sent them an affidavit stating that I NEVER took a contract from them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! How must I feed my family if Luna *****s my money! Can someone from Luna please tell me why they are deducting from my account.
