Disgusting service

Absolutely disgraceful service from Luna Group Inc.

This has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences my family has ever dealt with.

Our household was collected in Johannesburg on 30 April 2026 for a move to Durban. Delivery was promised for 1 May, then changed to 2 May, then 4 May, then 5 May, followed by endless excuses, lies, and conflicting stories from staff members who clearly had no idea what was going on.

Every single day we were given false promises and misleading delivery times. At one point we were even told our delivery was being delayed because they wanted to fill another trailer first. Imagine paying a company to move your entire life across provinces only to discover your belongings are being held back for their own convenience and profit.

For over a week my family was left without basic household necessities while Luna Group Inc continuously **** about when the truck would arrive.

The most disgusting part of this entire situation is that my 67-year-old mother was left without bedding and had to sleep on cold tiles because ALL of our belongings were sitting on their truck while we were being misled daily.

No accountability. No honesty. No communication. No professionalism.

The truck only finally arrived at approximately 7:00 AM on 8 May 2026 — nearly a full week after the original agreed delivery date.

The emotional stress, inconvenience, frustration, and hardship caused by this company has been unbelievable. If you are considering using Luna Group Inc, be extremely careful. Once they have your belongings, it seems the promises stop and the excuses begin.

I will be escalating this matter everywhere possible, including consumer protection channels and every public review platform available.

Avoid this company at all costs.
