Poor service
<p>A disputed arosed regarding Lumic's management of a reserve fund for our estate they manage. In asking for an explanation and evidence to assertain the reason for the fund being necessary, they provided me with the explanation but no evidence. I have been asking for bank statements of the estates bank account, which we are entitled to as owners for over 2 months, and have still not received any information / evidence and after numerous follow up's with Lumic, i continue to be ignored and shut out.</p>

Kindy note that Lumic have emailed you that the reserve fund now having to be implemented in accordance with the new act has nothing to do with the previous years bank statements - it has to do with new legislation. You have also been told that we will need to go into the archives and will do so as soon as possible. Further to this you have been furnished with annual financial statements and budgets at every year's annual general meetings and this gives you a full overview of the financial standing of the complex. Your request has not been ignored but is pending.

Legislation is not being questioned. Management and activities of the savings account is. Irregular activities began in October of 2016 which will not form part of any previous annual financial statements and budgets presented at any AGM thus far, hence my request and query submitted in March of 2017. Since my initial query I have not received any documentation requested, only excuses, delays and rude behaviour from Lumic for over 2 months, and which is unacceptable and as stated in my initial post "POOR SERVICE"!!!!

Your accusations are actually against the trustees who manage these accounts and sign off the financials. This is not a forum to go backwards and forwards and you have been invited to the next trustee meeting.
You also noted that you were wanting to go the Ombud and I have even supp**** the application form to you so please now do what you feel necessary to support your false accusations and move forward.
